Inside Outside : Scales of Human Consciousness
Consciousness occurs across varying scales – from the self to the surrounding context. Reconciling these scales create an awareness and connection to larger realities and spiritual qualities. Through industrial design, systems design and interactive media, this thesis explores ways to create a sense of place and time through projects of varying scope and nature.
Stevenson Aung received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and L’EDHEC Business School specializing in finance and international business. He has since developed an interdisciplinary approach to design with projects varying in scope and nature. He is fascinated with ideas that connect people across all scales of design. Aung is currently a candidate for the Master of Industrial Design degree from the Pratt Institute.
