Conscious Living: Cultivating Moments of Mindfulness
“Conscious Living: Cultivating Moments of Mindfulness” seeks to awaken our senses to the beauty of the present moment. It creates interactions that bring attention to the senses by exploring the importance of intention, the awareness of breath, and the cultivation of love for oneself. In these ways, “Conscious Living: Cultivating Moments of Mindfulness” celebrates the unexpected vibrancy of everyday life that reveals itself subtly and gracefully before us when we take the time to look.
