Quiet design

Design should feel normal and effortless. The objective of quiet design is finding small ways to make everyday products more useful and meaningful without causing disruption. It is an attempt to address environmental, social and health-related issues in a subtle yet effective manner.

Dana is an industrial design hopeful with a degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. She studied ceramics and fashion before entering Pratt and worked as an educator in both Hawaii and Japan.
